Contractor is looking for a Multiskilled technician to handle maintenance repairs and make-readies
Must be able to:
🔨Diagnose and repair electrical issues (find shorts, test outlets, replace breakers)
🔨Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (copper pipe, replace diverter, replace water heater, snake drain)
🔨Drywall repairs, texture and paint
🔨Flooring installation (LVP, ceramic tile)
🔨Carpentry (Cabinet repairs, Deck repairs)
🔨Inspections, before and after photos
