We are looking for a strong, dependable, hard-working teammate to join our growing company full-time.
This is not just a driving job. We need someone who can handle multiple responsibilities and figure things out without being babysat. Every day is different.
CDL REQUIRED
(Class A or B preferred)
Most of our trucks are under CDL, but we want someone experienced operating heavy trucks and equipment safely.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Has roll-off dumpster or dump truck experience
• Has a clean driving record
• Is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in the heat
• Can handle labor-intensive work without complaining
• Knows how to use tools and fix things
• Is mechanically inclined and can troubleshoot problems
• Is computer and phone savvy
• Can send emails, research parts/problems online, use Google, AI tools, YouTube, maps, etc.
• Can answer phones and communicate professionally with customers
• Can work independently and make smart decisions
• Can switch between field work, driving, office tasks, and operations
• Is motivated, energetic, and ready to grow with the company
BONUS SKILLS:
• Spanish speaking
• Welding/fabrication
• Hydraulic or truck repair experience
• Sales experience
• Social media/content creation
• Trailer towing experience
DAILY TASKS MAY INCLUDE:
• Driving roll-off or service trucks
• Dumpster deliveries and pickups
• Fence installation
• Porta potty and restroom support
• Truck/equipment maintenance and repairs
• Yard organization and operations
• Office and dispatch support
• Customer communication
• Taking photos/videos for social media
• Talking to customers and generating leads
SCHEDULE:
Most days start around 7AM and finish around 2–3PM, but some days may run much longer depending on workload, emergencies, weather, traffic, or special events.
IMPORTANT:
This is a fast-paced operation with high standards. No-show = terminated. Constant excuses, laziness, drama, or needing to be chased around will not work here.
PAY:
• Starting pay depends on experience
• Over $30/hr potential
• Long-term $80k+ opportunity for the right person
• 1099 position currently
• Full-time preferred
• Part-time may be considered
