Job Description:
Seeking a reliable and experienced Class B CDL Driver to join our team on an on-call basis. This position offers competitive pay at $25 per hour and requires flexibility to work as needed. The position is currently part-time with the option for full-time as we develop more contracts. Drivers will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles, transporting materials, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate Class B commercial dump truck.
Transport materials to designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Load and unload materials as needed.
Requirements:
Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 2 year of commercial driving experience (required).
Ability to work flexible, on-call hours as needed.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
