When I received my ASR 6 I noticed the left arm that is holding the base/wheel up(with the cup holder) was completely smooth on one side. I contacted ASR and they sent me the correct piece that is extruded on both sides. I just never got around to replacing it. I do have the piece still wrapped up in my closet.
Can help disassemble if need be.
