We’re a small business looking for a talented professional for a flexible, part-time gig (2-10 hrs/wk).
What You’ll Do:
• Tweak company summaries, resumes, and details for clients, fill out forms, templates, help with proposals, and respond to enquiries and RFIs.
• Handle clerical tasks including data entry, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
• Proofread documents and add nuanced wording to highlight key skills or details.
• Draft social media posts as needed.
• Stay detail-oriented and keep info confidential. Some tasks are quick, others take a bit more time.
Pay and Schedule:
• $20/hour, part-time (not eligible for benefits)
• Flexible 5-10 hrs/wk, with potential to grow into a full-time role depending on business needs.
• On-job training will be provided.
• Part-time W2 position (not eligible for benefits)
Who You Are:
• Must have a degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or similar major.
• Motivated, reliable, and great to work with.
• Advanced English writing and proofreading skills.
• Comfortable with clerical tasks and occasional social media.
• Flexible schedule and passionate about quality work.
