We are an established insurance defense firm seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and procedure-focused paralegal to support both pre-litigation and litigation matters.
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure (NRCP), Eighth Judicial District Court and Second Judicial District Court rules, including Nevada’s minors’ compromise process, preparation of discovery documents and related pleadings, as well as legal billing. Experience communicating with insurance carrier clients is preferred.
This is not an entry-level position. Billable hour expectations and compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
